in a day-long retreat for the heart and soul.

We will sit amongst the flowers and explore the languages of creativity:

music, movement, line & color, expression, poetry, 

Zen of seeing/drawing & sound.

We will relax, play, create and express from our soul.

Delicious ORGANIC VEGAN LUNCH WILL BE SERVED.

ASHLEY's BIO:

Ashley Bennett-Stoddard has been deeply involved with art her entire life. She is the daughter of the late, world renowned sculptor Bob Bennett. Growing up in Placerville C.A. Home of her father, Ashley was exposed to art throughout her childhood. She attended The Academy of Art in San Francisco followed by running the family gallery in Carmel. She is currently involved in Placerville’s Bennett Gallery with other members of her family. Bennett-Stoddard inherited her fathers artistic talent and strong feel for lines and design. She has combined this with an incredible sense of color and shape to create her own unique, unmistakable style. She has become even more determined to carry  on the family legacy. She lives and works out of her home in Eden, Utah. In addition to the Bennett Gallery, her work is exhibited in galleries and private collections throughout the country. VIRAJA's BIO:

Viraja Prema, earned her Bachelors Degree in Sports Medicine with a Minor in Business and Biology from University of the Pacific.  She followed this with a Masters Degree in Life Physics from California Institute for Human Science and is currently in a PhD program in Integral Health & Psychology. Viraja is a Holistic Health Practicioner, a trained and licensed Massage Therapist, a Reiki Master Teacher and is attuned to the AVESA energy and Ananda Joytir Diksha through Sai Maa.  She is also trained in Tantra, Yoga, the "Mosely Method" of Intimacy Training and as a Dakini - Sexual Healer.  She has traveled, lived and worked internationally as a massage therapist and healer and has been professionally involved in healing work since 1995. Some of Viraja's other talents include being a professional mascot, yacht crew, musician (singer, flutist), model, actress, dancer (belly dancing and other styles), California Real Estate agent and a mother of two sons.  Viraja is fully committed to bringing positive change & LOVE to your life.
